In this page we illustrate some of our proprietary Machine Designs and inventions. The three systems shown show are proven methods of moving unorganized & piled random lumber, cants & flitches onto an organized lug type transfer. This material is then conveyed and processed onto, and through, (1) an automatic scanning edger infeed system, or (2) a sawmill end trimmer with optional scanner and with optional dropout sorting devices at the outfeed end of the end trimmer, and (3) a high speed planing mill trimmer system that has the capacity to trim any P.E.T. length at high lug speed rates. These illustration are followed by a list of other proprietary machines we have developed.

1) Edger Feeding with a Pass/Turn/Drop System |
The decline section either passes the flitch to the downstream
Scanner/Edger or drops out defect pieces to a waste conveyor.
Up to 40 flitches/cants per minute.

(2) Singulating Unscrambler feeds lumber from random piles through an optional scanner to a moveable (adjustable) saw trimmer then onto dropout type sorting tipples. |

(3) Our high speed high efficiency lug feeder feeds lumber to a trimmer capable of adjustable saw, a setworks zero saw and splitting feature that can turn out almost any length at speed to 150 plus lugs per minute. |
